The After/Math Creating Change 2005
So I'm back at class and real life, and work and such...and droppin a lil' hear about the _amazing_time I had at Creating Change 2005- The staff and volunteers were so amazing and incredible as were all of the artists and activists from around the country that I met and those that I've known awhile. I am in short- inspired and amazed. wow. More later when I can sit, as well as the text of my speech.

Juba, I look forward to reading the text. I heard your speech and in my 46 years, it is the first that had tears flowing throughout your words. It was profound.
On Sunday, we sat near each other in a workshop and I wanted to thank you, but felt too spent to make the connection.
So now I say thank you. Thank you for your mind, your heart, your person.
word. and thank you so much. The response from the participants in the conference, old and young, has been overwhelming. I'm even humbler than before.
(is "humbler" a word? :) )
best.
JK
Yeah, it is. And that's a rocking speech.
