The above link is contains a series of responses on a rightwing blog to a piece that ran in the SF Chronicle following the November 2004 presidential election.
Now aside from the simplistic dismissal of queers, coloreds,feminists, and Berzrleley type crunchies as "The Left" , I was amused to see myself (and my band's name) referred to as "vulgar". I also noticed that the response to me in particular wasnt about anything I said in specific, but rather that I expressed that there was a "need" for artist/activists of my particular stripe; he for some reason thought I implying that he and is like needed me.
maybe I shoulda been clearer?
